Christ Centered, Family Focused, Spirit Led
"For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ"
Ephesians 4:12

The Way

The Way Family Worship Center was founded by a body of believers who shared a common passion for Holiness and full obedience to the moving of the Holy Spirit. It started in a small township hall in Osceola County, Michigan in the fall of 2021. This body had worshiped together for years before branching off into THE WAY. The Way is non-denominational but sees all believers of all denominations (that believe that Jesus is the only way) as brothers and sisters in Christ because we believe the Bible teaches that there is only one bride of Christ. God continues to bless this congregation with members that are equipped with God given gifts and abilities that combined together are making tremendous Kingdom impact. We know that the mission ahead is larger than what we can handle on our own; but we believe that the Lord is going to build HIS CHURCH and we are blessed to be a chosen people for His purposes.

Meet Pastor Joshua Webb

Josh and Amanda Webb were married in May of 2009. Together they have 6 beautiful children. Emilea, Molly, Titus, Daniel and Noah and Judah.

Josh and his family have served in ministry for 15+ years serving both  as youth and children’s pastors as well as serving in several other areas of the church. From a very young age Josh felt a call on his life for ministry and has been faithful and obedient to follow that call wherever it would take he and his family. They have lived and ministered in numerous areas of the country including North Dakota, Florida and here at home in Michigan.

Josh was born and raised in the state of Michigan under the ministry of his father Pastor Rick Webb. Amanda was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada and served along with her own father in the gospel music ministry.

Josh and Amanda enjoy spending time with their children as well as spending time away from their children! :) They enjoy hosting people in their home and having fellowship with other believers.

Josh enjoys fishing, hunting, kayaking, and playing a variety of sports.

Amanda enjoys baking, swimming, singing and decorating.

Josh and Amanda both have a passion for the lost and have a desire to see people grow deeper and abandon the growing apathy within the church. They call out to believers to stop looking at life through the lens of the natural but to see things as Christians are intended to see them, through the lens of the supernatural.
